A note from Joanne Hardesty:

Welcome to the women’s ministry at Lighthouse!  You have probably arrived here because you want to dive deeper into God’s word.  You’ve come to the right place!  Since I’ve been here we have studied the books of 1 Peter, Nehemiah, Ephesians, as well as a study about prayer. Currently we are working on a study that includes disciplines such as how to study the Bible, obedience, joy and fellowship among other things.  It’s easy to jump in at any time in the course of our studies because our format is group discussion.  

Most of our workbooks are from Well Watered Woman and there are also many resources to explore on their website (https://wellwateredwomen.com/).  Our philosophy is to let the Bible speak for itself and get the big picture, reading books of the Bible rather than books about the Bible.  Our prayer is that as we study the Word together, we will “put off our old self” and “be imitators of God, as beloved children”.  Anyone is welcome anytime, so please come and join us soon!  God bless you!
